1. General policy
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Opus Rank provides access to digital software, hosted services, and/or AI-powered features that may be made available immediately after purchase. Because access, usage capacity, and third-party processing costs may begin immediately, we generally do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for subscription fees, usage charges, add-ons, or other purchases.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Service and your subscription. Where this policy and those Terms address the same matter, this policy states the refund rules and the Terms govern everything else.
2. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings.
Cancellation prevents renewal at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that period ends, unless your account is terminated under our Terms of Service.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unused time, unused credits, unused generations, or partially used services.
3. Renewals and plan changes
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You are responsible for reviewing your selected plan, billing interval, and renewal date.
Downgrades, upgrades, and plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle as shown during checkout or in billing settings. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades or unused portions of a plan.
4. Exceptions
We may review a refund request only in limited circumstances, such as:
- duplicate charges caused by a technical error;
- an unauthorized charge reported promptly and supported by reasonable documentation;
- a material service failure caused solely by us, where we cannot provide a reasonable remedy;
- a refund required by applicable law.
Any exception is made at our sole discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds may be issued as account credit, partial refund, or the original payment method.
5. How to request review
Send requests to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email, transaction date, amount, and a clear explanation. We may request additional information before deciding.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent, abusive, or improper payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of your account.
