Notifications and email preferences
See publishing results, failed jobs, low credits and payment problems in the app, and choose which optional emails you receive.

Steps
Step 1: Check your notifications
Choose the bell in the top bar, or go to Notifications. It lists publishing results, failed jobs, low credits and payment problems. Choose Mark all read to clear the count.
Step 2: Choose your optional emails
Go to Settings and open Email. Under Optional emails, switch each category on or off — Credits and usage, Autopilot activity, Content ready to review, Publishing status and Team and seats — and choose Save preferences.
Your choice applies to your address in every workspace you belong to.
What you’ll see
You get the optional emails you chose. Emails under Always sent — account and access, billing and payments, security and account notices — cannot be turned off.
Troubleshooting
I turned a category off but still got an email
Emails about your account, billing and security are always sent. Check the category of the message against the Always sent list.
“We could not save your preferences.”
Your choices are still shown on the page. Try Save preferences again.
