Create your account and sign in
Sign up with your email address, verify it, and sign in — plus what to do if you forget your password.
Before you start
An email address you can open — you need to click a link in it before you can set up a workspace.
If a colleague invited you to their workspace, use the invitation email instead — see Invite your team.
Steps
Step 1: Open the sign-up page
Go to the website and choose Get started. You land on Create your account.
Step 2: Enter your details
Fill in Name, Email and Password. The password needs at least 10 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, complete the Security check if one is shown, and choose Create account.
Step 3: Verify your email address
You are taken to Check your inbox. Open the email we sent and follow the link in it. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then use Send a new link on the same page. Sending a new link makes earlier links stop working, so always use the most recent email.
Step 4: Sign in
After verifying, sign in with the same email and password on the Sign in page. Where Continue with Google is offered, you can use your Google account instead.
The first time you sign in you continue to workspace setup — see Set up your workspace.
Step 5: If you forget your password
On the Sign in page choose Forgot password?, enter the email address you sign in with and choose Send reset link.
The link in the email works once and expires after 60 minutes. Open it, enter a New password, repeat it in Confirm new password, and choose Save new password. Then sign in with the new password.
What you’ll see
You are signed in. A brand-new account continues to workspace setup; an account that already has a workspace opens the Dashboard.
Troubleshooting
“This link has expired” or “This link has already been used”
Verification links work once and for 24 hours. Use Send a new link on the page that opened, then click the link in the newest email.
“This link was replaced”
A newer verification email was sent after this one. Use the link in the most recent email.
“That email and password combination is not correct.”
Check the address for typos, then use Forgot password? to choose a new password.
“Too many sign-in attempts. Wait a few minutes and try again.”
Sign-in is paused for a short while after repeated attempts. Wait a few minutes, then try again — or reset your password if you are unsure of it.
The security check will not load
Check your connection, disable any extension that blocks third-party frames for this site, and reload the page.
I am asked for a second step after entering my password
